Renuka Abraham ANP

Renuka Abraham, FNP-C, is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner, with nearly five years of nursing experience dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Having graduated from West Coast University with a Master of Science in Nursing, she brings a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, clinical skills, and holistic care to her practice. Renuka has completed diverse clinical rotations in geriatrics, women’s health, and pediatrics, where she gained extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing patient conditions. As a registered nurse at Barlow Respiratory Hospital, she honed her skills in critical care, wound management, and cardiac monitoring, along with serving as a relief charge nurse. Renuka is committed to ongoing learning, collaboration with her healthcare team, and using her skills to promote overall wellness in her patients.

Shiva Beroukhim DO

Dr. Beroukhim is a Family Medicine Board Certified Physician. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of California Los Angeles, and continued to earn a degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University School of Medicine, in Nevada. She completed Family Medicine residency training at College Medical Center, Long Beach, California.

Specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Erika brings over 12 years of experience as a registered nurse to their practice, combining extensive clinical expertise with compassionate care. Known for her leadership skills, Erika excels as a team leader, fostering collaboration and innovation within healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Fluent in both Tagalog and English, she effectively communicate with a diverse patient population, enhancing care and accessibility. Her journey in nursing reflects a deep commitment to patient-centered care, advanced clinical skills, and a passion for integrating evidence-based practices with empathetic care. Erika is dedicated to advancing the field of nursing through effective leadership and a focus on holistic, family-oriented healthcare.

Minh Le ANP

Minh has dedicated over a decade to the nursing profession, with experience spanning home health care, skilled nursing facilities, dual diagnosis treatment centers, and various roles in acute care settings. Driven by a deep passion for primary care and mental health, Minh pursued a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on family practice and mental health. Committed to advocating for preventative health, individualized patient education, and patient advocacy, Minh strives to empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.
